Elaj Bil Hikmah — A Journey of Health & Prosperity

Who we are

About Us

Whether the illness afflicts a person or a nation, it can be cured with wisdom

Our story

Elaj Bil Hikmah: An Idea That Became a Movement

Many of our society's problems are, in truth, only symptoms. For years we have treated those symptoms without removing their real causes. The result is that the problems have grown rather than eased.

Let us not treat the symptoms alone — let us find the cause, and treat that.

The journey of Elaj Bil Hikmah began with exactly this thought. We watched our own lives, and the people around us, pass through illness, restlessness, and hardship in family and society alike. We want what we have learned and endured to become a source of benefit and ease for others.

Since 2010, Elaj Bil Hikmah has worked for health and a better life through natural treatment — above all through healing with food. From that same journey came initiatives like Dukhi to Sukhi and Jeevan Sathi, because we believe:

خاتون سکھی تو قوم سکھی

When a woman is at peace, the nation is at peace

We hold that the health of the individual, the peace of the home, and the prosperity of society are bound to one another.

Our greater vision

امتِ واحدہ

One Nation, One Humanity

We want to build a society where people are connected to people, where cooperation is fostered in place of discord, and where collective problems are solved collectively.

Elaj Bil Hikmah, Elaj Bil Ghiza, Jeevan Sathi and Dukhi to Sukhi are all links in this one larger journey.

Walk With Us

This work belongs to no single person — it is the shared work of us all. Let us connect with one another instead of clashing with one another, and carry this journey forward together.

The night is dark — let us travellers move as one caravan.
